This special women only boot camp workout leads you through a variety of strength and cardio exercises while burning lots of calories promoting inch loss, shape and definition!
The workout swiftly takes you from one timed exercise station to the next in a circuit style to keep your heart rate up. Aimed at working the total body, the workout uses elements of aerobics, cardio-kick, combat, boxercise, ab blast, body sculpting and circuits all combined into one effective workout targeted specifically for women.
The Bootcamp Workout 4 Women can be done by all ages & fitness levels, from beginners to intermediate.

Directions: access West Car Park via Sketty Lane entrance (opposite Bethel Church). The Bootcamp workout will be held in the Girls’ Gym (behind the swimming pool), accessed through the metal gates at the left of the car park. Bootcamp is held through the first set of double doors on the right, with steps leading down.
