What to Wear/Bring
What you wear during your workout is just as important as the workout itself. An ill-fitting outfit can make the difference between a good workout and a bad one. You will need:
- Comfortable exercise clothing e.g. tracksuit bottoms and T shirt.
- Appropriate supportive footwear i.e. trainers (not needed for Pilates)
- A towel (optional)
- A water bottle (absolutely essential!)
- A smile!
All necessary equipment including mats will be provided at each class.
