What to Wear/Bring

What you wear during your workout is just as important as the workout itself. An ill-fitting outfit can make the difference between a good workout and a bad one.  You will need:

  • Comfortable exercise clothing e.g. tracksuit bottoms and T shirt.
  • Appropriate supportive footwear i.e. trainers (not needed for Pilates)
  • A towel (optional)
  • A water bottle (absolutely essential!)
  • A smile!

All necessary equipment including mats will be provided at each class.
