HATHA YOGA
6 week course (next course starts 5th March)

Mixes different poses with breathing exercises, stretches and relaxation. Classes are designed to improve strength, balance, posture and flexibility and calm the mind to cope with tension and stress.

Yoga is beneficial for many conditions eg persistent lower back pain and is recommended by doctors. Students should check with a doctor before beginning a yoga course.
