Promote muscle definition and inch loss – ‘Tone the Zone’ is a total blast of body conditioning techniques to strengthen and tone the whole body. With the aid of dumbells and resistance bands we do several repetitions of each exercise to create lean muscle definition in the upper body including toning biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. We also completely attack those abs with lots of crunches and side twists to work the waist and obliques. Lower body work includes tones the hips, thighs, quadriceps in the front of the thighs and glutes. If you keep up with this class you will see noticeable changes in your muscle tone and body shape!
This class is a must for every woman!
