Self Defence for Women

Our brand new ‘Self Defence for Women’ course is taught by Jenny Treasure, a 5th Degree Master instructor and examiner with international Tae Kwon Do teaching experience.  This 6 week taster course is aimed at introducing self defence techniques at Beginners Level.  

Diploma issued on attendance and successful completion of the course.

Ojectives for the 6 week Self Defence course:

  • Learning how to punch and kick and apply these techniques to a self defence situation which involves learning reaction and timing, how to move and gain confidence in oneself.
  • learning how to recognise a threatening situation and not to overreact.
  • Learning how to breath and apply your inner strength.

Participants wishing to take the beginners level further may have the opportunity for a ‘Tae Kwon Do for Women’ class to follow NEXT COURSE scheduled for Wednesday 3rd Feb 7.30pm at our Uplands Venue BOOK NOW for next course starting MARCH
